my left front turn signal stopped working so i replaced the bulb but now with the new bulb it still doesnt flash. the old bulb was definately burned out so it needed replaced. all the other turn signals work and i can hear the flasher working, any ideas???

Dear joey,

Ideas:

Clean the contact points on the metal plate at the bottom of the socket. You can use a pencil eraser (preferred) or 400 grit sandpaper (be careful). Just clean the contact points.

Try one more bulb. You could take the working bulb on the right side, and swap over. You know that the bulb on the right works, and if it does not work on the left the problem is either in the connection or the fuse box.

Probably not your fuses, as the only light affected you say was the left and all of the other bulbs work.

Try your emergency flashers, as this is on a different circuit and flasher unit.
