Here's one link, but there's videos all over youtube, and there's other sites out there.

But you can supposedly get 50% better gas mileage just by adding water, and it doesn't even have to be clean!

Here's a quote I found:

Hydrogen Injection systems provide an affordable alternative fuel delivery system that cleans up the emissions of combustion engines. Hydrogen generators provide a cost effective method of introducing the power and efficiency of hydrogen as a fuel source. The addition of hydrogen and oxygen into the combustion chamber burns the fuel more completely resulting in lower emissions and an increase in fuel economy. Adding hydrogen and oxygen to the fuel increases the rate of the burn, so that almost all of the fuel is ignited - producing more power. Injecting hydrogen from a hydrogen generator provides a cleaner, leaner burn, which gives you an increase in fuel efficiency.

I probably wouldn't do this to my brand new car, but maybe to the woman's 97 jeep grand cherokee cause 15mpg sucks.

J have seen many variations of this too. From what I have research they are inadequate to produce enough hydrogen to really help, boilover easy, and could easily catch fire .A good kit is upwards of $1600 U.S.

consensus on other automotive forums is that it's overpriced snake oil bs cashing in on high gas prices. ppl say it'd take more energy to split water than you gain from burning a bit of hydrogen. i trust physics. waste of money.

however: it'd still be interesting to try it on a beater & see if it makes a difference.

Yeah, i'm not gonna throw it in a car that I'm still going to be paying off for 5 more years.

My uncle does the biodiesel thing with his 3/4 ton dodge. He can make gas for 80 cents a gallon.
