On your car, the mass air flow sensor and the intake air temp sensor are the same unit. If you have an aftermarket air intake with an oiled filter, then you may need to clean your mass air flow sensor. You can do this using electrical contact cleaner, but be careful not to damage it. If that doesn't work then you probably need a new mass air flow sensor. They aren't cheap.

The recommendation to clean your MAF sensor is still valid. It may fix the problem for $5 and 10 minutes. This is not an adversitement for any particular brand, but this one I have personally used. Carb cleaner has solvents that can ruin a MAF, and this cleaner is designed not to dissolve any electronics.
