Yikes, we're well over the $4.00 mark in southern Indiana now. When I left for work early this morning it was $3.94 and on the ride home I see it jumped to $4.15. Suck!

I've got a wee bit below 1/2 tank still, 220 miles on the trip. Gonna stretch this out as long as I can go!

6-12-08

regular gas around my area is between $3.88 and $3.99/gallon

265 miles on my trip odometer

sittin on less than 1/4 tank... :(

there was a bad accident on one of our highways out here and that detoured everyone onto alternate highways.. my normal 14 mile journey home usually takes me about 15-20 minutes, door to door..

sat on the highway yesterday, creeping along, getting it into second gear only a few times, for 45 minutes... there goes that tank right out the window :blownose:

I paid $3.82 to fill up my car yesterday, and $3.85 to fill up the Elantra today. (Different Gas Stations) Premium is at like $4.05 or so. Lol, sucks for you guys.

Pushed her 338 miles for this tank, the low fuel light came on when I pulled up at the pump. 9.777 gallons, works out to 34.57 MPG. This marks my first $40+ fill. :crying:

LOL, thanks man! We'll all support each other in this time of need... at least we have our itty bitty cars that don't need a whole lot to fill up their bellies compared to some big SUV or something. We must be really supportive for our friends up north, they're really getting shafted up there eh!

Wow I feel sorry for you guys. My last fill up was $42 and that was after I drove 367 miles on the previous tank. I think I filled up for either $3.79 a gallon or $3.83...can't remember which. Most I've payed to date was $3.85...that'll change soon though :(

I usually stuff 10.4-11.2 gallons at each fill up...My gas gauge doesn't move till I hit almost 100 miles driven. Half a tank full and I'm around 200-240 miles.
