Well I went to the site yesterday and read the TSB then today I went back to print it off and the site will not let me enter it. Invalid username or ID. I have my ID and unsername in front of me and have been on the site many times but this today it won't let me in.

IS there any way you can bring up the site and paste it to this thread. I have seen other treads where this has been done.

I would like to take the TSB to the dealer so they don't give me the old song and dance thing again.

Les, that site can be funny at times. I have had problems before myself.
Just tried several times, and it works most of the time, but not always. :P

To my knowledge there is no way to get it to allow you to do attach your
user I D and password to your favorites so it will come up automatically.
I wish. That would make it a lot easier because I often forget my I D.

Just keep trying. Do you have more than one word in your user I D?
Don't run them together as I have done before. 'T won't work.
They must be seperated. It is not at all case sensitive.

This is what I need. I have tried nine times to get on the Hyundai site today and for some reason it will not take my id or password. I will print this off and make an appointment the first or second week in July to get this thing fixed ASAP.

I have had problems getting on the Hyundai site. You have to call the call center, sutomer service, and give them your e-mail to re-enter it in order to get in. The site does not tell you this. Apparently it just drops people out occasionally.
