Hi, i need help.
Is the CASTROL DEXRON 3 / MERCON ATF equivalent for DIAMOND QUEEN ATF-SP, or MOPAR PLUS TYPE 7176 ??? They are recommended ATF for my car.

the only trans fluid that you can safely use id hyundai SP111 or mitsubishi diamond, in spite of what you may have seen on thease forums any other fluid will damage the trans.

If that is what Hyundai service told you, then I would recommend that you get it in writing, and go ahead and use the fluid they suggested.

DEXRON 3 is ok for the early Hyundai's untill 1995 model year. This is before SPIII came on the market, which was to be used for the "NEW GENERATION" transmissions.
