"Designers employed a unique panoramic roof design with glass that can be darkened to control the inside sunload. "

Does anyone know what tech is involved, or where I can glean such information. I have been following the glass roof trend in cars for some time and can't seem to discover just how Hyundai accomplished this, electrochromic can't cover such a large area without a LONG delay and a serious irising effect unless the roof was divided up into smaller segments like the roof on the Maybach, or with visible wires like the Ferrari, and SPD tech isn't in production through Hitachi or Nissan sheet glass yet, the only other thing I can come up with is some form of dyed LCD.
