 How Do I Confirm?, Confirming whether it is 1.1 or 1.3

Team,

I recently bought a Getz prime 1.3 gls in India.
How do I confirm whetehr it is really a 1.1 l engine or a 1.3 l engine.

I drive my dad's getz gls ( non prime) as well which is a 4 year old car which seems more powerful tahn my new car.

Kindly guide me.

We don't have the Getz here in the US, I just like the car. Open the hood, it should be on the top of the engine. This has been the case with every Hyundai I've seen.

There should be decal some where inside the engine compartment that has the info.

Hi. You can check your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) whitch is on the panel when you open the driver door. It should be something like this:

KMH B&#@ &%#U &&&&& (KMH = Korean Motor Hyundai) or
MAL B&#@ &%#Z &&&&& (MAL = made in India)

Where :
B  TB (Getz)
&  S=L (Standard) or T=GL (Deluxe) or U=GLS (Super Deluxe)
#  3 (3-door) or 5 (5-door)
@  1 or 2 type of seatbelt
&  Β = 1.6 lt petrol (DOHC), G = 1.1 lt petrol (SOHC), H = 1.3 lt petrol (SOHC),
W = 1,5 lt Diesel (TCI), D = 1,4 lt petrol (DOHC)
%  P = LHD , R = RHD
#  Production year (for example: 2=2002, 3=2003 ...)
U or Z  Plant of construction (U=ULSAN, KOREA)
&&&&&&  6-digit production number.
