 95 Sonota...question, idle air control valve

ok soo...i bought my sonota....and it needs what i was told the idle air control valve replaced...and i hope that this is what i need.

when the car idles....it goes high low high low.......every auto parts store said the same thing but i just wanted to make sure even though ive already bought the part....$103 now in the hole. any insight would be greatly appreciated. THANKS IN ADVANCE
