I would like to know how the tiburon goes in the snow. I live in WV
where we get a lot of snow so I am wondering if any has driven in the
snow to let me know how they fare in the bad weather. I am looking at
buying a 2001 tiburon.

I have a Tiburon 2003 2.0 143 hp with TCS and ABS. last winter I drove a lot on snow as I live in Austria and like skiing.

It handles superb on snow! very save and with excellent traction...of course I have winter tires...

here are some pics:

I have a 2001 Tiburon,up here in Canada, seems to handle the snow fine, but trying to get some heat out of it at -35c is impossible....not the best heater system in the world..:)

hiya...well i live on the east coast of Canada and we get tonnes of snow. I have a 2000 Tiburon which is pretty much identical to a 2001 and i'm actually quite impressed with how mine handles in winter. I don't have any complaints with that yet...but i do drive with winter tires and they make all the difference in the world. If you know how to drive the slippery roads then i'm sure you'll be fine.
Good Luck :P

I own a Tiberon GT, can anybody recommend a good snow tire? There seems to be quite a good selection out there.
Thanks
