 Spoiler Brake Light Help

hi all, i have just finished fitting a new spoiler on my scoupe, the spoiler came off of a old subaru and has a brake light fitted. i was just wondering if anybody can help me wire it up so it comes on when i press my brakes and not when i turn headlights and backlights on. the spoiler brake light just has a positive and negative comin from it. thanks for your help!!! :liebe011: :beer:

I don't know is this a stupid answer, but just use the same wires that went to your old spoiler...

Some S-Coupes (like mine) did not come with a spoiler brake light and just had a empty hole with a normal brake light cover.

My suggestion would be to review the wireless leadsing to the brakelights as there must be two sets of wires controlling the braking and lighting.

Test the cales with meter of some kind and get a friend to dab the foot brake to see with wire is activated by the brake.

After that is should be a piece of cake.
