I just purchased a 2008 Veracruz with Nav and I wanted to know if anyone out there knows how to disable the safety feature that wont allow you to watch a dvd while driving? I dont plan on watching while driving, but my oldest son would like to on long drives.

There is a slot in the 32-pin connector at the back of the Head Unit for sensing "speed". You can check its Operation Manual for the specific pin number. I think the connection on this pin must be disconected.
