Hey folks,

I have a 2001 Hyundai Elantra that has 224,000KM on it, no major issues until about a month ago. The car died on highway had it towed into the shop and $766.00 later, back on the road. One month later it looks like it will cost another $890.00 without taxes, so $1000 with taxes to get it up to snuff. The question is, do you repair or trade it in for something new or used?

what exactly was wrong with it? im in the same situation as you are.
