I would have to disengage the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) I think. But otherwise I don't plan on drifting a family car :w00t:

thanks for the tips!! that is my wife's... not mine :P our family car is also company car until we shift office, then my staff will drive as staff pickup on our ford everest. after that... hunting one BMW for family car :57:

I dont think you can do drifting in vietnam because your city streets are full of motorcycles...like flies... :) as i remember last time i visited there.

of cos not drifting in normal crowded street. i do usually practice in industrial area where streets are wide and no traffic. :) safety first! :beer:

I didn’t think it would be possible to drift a front wheel drive, so I searched through youtube and found a pretty good instructional vid on how to perform fwd tricks…

many thanks for your video pointer :) appreciated the effort. as long the hander brake works, drifting isnt a problem :P

edit: of cos not on my wife's auto i30 :bwekk:

Thats what i was thinking, unless you used hand brake, i can do drifts easy with my v8 ute. i use that style of driving to steer on tight twisty roads, but i have a race suspension so its safe and easy . i must be the only senior that car drive like that :)
