My 2 cents...
I've replaced the horn in my '98 Accent, twice. (I used a regular replacement horn, though.) It would probably be easier to just use the existing horn wiring, rather than install a new switch and run a new line. One thing to keep in mind: You may want to replace the existing horn with a relay and then have a new fused line from the battery drive the "oooga" horn. Two reasons -- (1) You then have the ability to install the horn almost anywhere you want and (2) if the new horn draws more amperage than the original, you won't risk blowing fuses. Just be sure that you put an in-line fuse on the wire off the battery which is powering the horn through the relay.
