Are the 2008 4 door window visors the same for the 3 door?
If I buy a set for the 4 door will they fit properly, and just don't use the back
door visors?

Nope, they won't work. The doors on the 3-door are longer than the sedan's front doors.

i dont get why this is so hard.
they're about 65 bucks CDN.

..and it's better than waiting 2-3 weeks for some mail order stuff.

Because the original poster is from the United States and Hyundai USA does not list the side visors as an accessory so not all dealerships carry it.

If you redo the vehicle selection and click on side window deflectors the site will ask if it's for a hatchback or sedan. If you click on sedan, the part number is #70379. The hatchback part number is #70381.

There is no oem vent visors for the 3 door.
I have the US accessory list and it is not shown.
