 Underbody Protective Seal Missing?

On my car it came with black underbody protective seal but where the exhaust runs by the rear wheel there is none, just the body paint.

The dealer check other cars they had on display and they were the same.

Is this the same on all I30's?

EDIT: Hang on - yup - same here. Black tarry cover all round apart from the exhaust run and the place you mentioned; hadn't looked before now
