I haven't seen one on the lot with it installed. I think it's normally installed before it gets shipped to the dealer and is then the "factory" window sticker reflects the bluetooth option. The invoice price is about $292 when installed before the dealer gets it.
The dealer may or may not be able to install it at their site (probably for a higher price).
I see a web site selling the part alone for more money than the suggested fully installed price.

Has anyone purchased a new Hyundai with this and if so, how well did it work?

Hi,

I just got my 08 Elantra SE less then a week ago.
Mine did come with the BT already installed.

So far, I really like it. I will add that my previous vehicle did have a after market Pioneer in it, that had the BT built into it. So it was nice not to give up a feature from my old stereo.

I have two phones paired to it.
Motorola Pebl and Samsung Blackjack 2.

Both paired very easily. I have used it everyday since I got the car. No issues whats so ever. The unit is very basic, you can add some numbers to it, but cant do anything like a phone book transfer.

Every person I speak with says they can hear me fine and clear.

So while its on the basic side to what I had before, I like it very much.

I've had my Elantra for 3 weeks now, I love the BT feature! I use it daily as well. I've not had any problems with it, everyone can hear me fine, and I can hear them fine.

did you end up getting the accessory, and was it easy to install, or did you have it installed. I was thinking about buying it, but without instructions i am hesitant.

I contacted the seller of the accessory and he said that the instructions are on hyundaidealer.com so your dealer should be able to install it. You should be able to as well if someone made the instructions available. Soo.... If someone can login to hyundiadealer.com please do and find the instructions on how to install it and post it for all of us who have made posts under different topics.

thanks.
