can somebody tell me how hard it is to change the thrust bearing in a trajet 2ltr gsi petrol ,the car runs great but the noise is getting to me , i was going to do the clutch but its perfect , do you have to take the gearbox out or can you split it to get to the thrust bearing .and how much is a 2000 model worth as im thinking about selling it

you will need to remove the gearbox to change the thrust bearing, if you do this l would stongly advise that you change the complete clutch assembly. as for second-hand prices check them out on the autotrader web site
