Hi everyone! I bought a 06 speedometer on ebay about two weeks ago. I opened it up, changed out the led's to blue. However, when I put it in my car the ODO reads Error, and only the gas and tempature guages work. to mod the board you have to disconnect the dials, perhaps i reconnected them wrong. If i did is there any quick way to make sure they're back on right? I was thinking of just taking the current one out of my car, and moding it, except i'm scared i might ruin it. I did have success changing all the door LED's and the ESC light's etc. Kinda made me mad that the ring around the key was just a green rubber covering over a light bulb. Anyway, for those who have modified there speedometers, perhaps I can get some help on this subject? THANKS!

I still say gimmie the 60 bucks... but... did you check all the connections on the back? there are 3 plugs... maybe you forgot one... ? the gauges have to do nothing... I have taken mine a bunch of times and still works fine.

I agree with thanox2. Also, is each plug seated?

I hate to ask, but ..... you did test the instrument panel before you modified it, didn't you? Was it working before getting the blooz?

well I had mearly the same probelm I didn't have that error part ,after 4th time I putting the cluster in ,the last time I put those red pointers on when the car was on and cluster was attached and I broke those little motors that make the pointer to move gas and temp was working but torq and speedo wasn't ,so I had them changed by a profesional and every thing back to normal.see if that helps.
