Well I stole the old Laptop from my mom, since she doesn't use it anyways. I'm going to set it up in the car to help with the tuning and all. But for now it'll just be a toy in the car until I start the turbo install. Going to use my cell for internet and be able to show Amsoil customers prices and even enter orders.

PLEASE dont be like the 'people' down here... and use your laptop while your driving!!

ive actually passed some guy using his on the expressway doin like 70MPH...

he was weaving and swerving all over the road...

i think a seat mounted braket could be made, out of angle AL, with "arms" that tuck under the seat back, and rests on the front of the seat... or a bolt on (removable)....

or you could look at Galls.com and get one that they use in a police car...

i dont... but then again people dont call me... :(

i think the lap top idea would be ok if you could incorperate it into the dash some how. or hid the mounting stuff under the dash on the passenger side. there is alot of room. or if its small enough, modify the glove box. the seat thing is ok but then you lose the looks of the car and its kinda tacky..

good luck

Construction & Maintenance Electrician. So Yeah, I imagine i could find a job or two in your neck of the woods.

Not sure i want to go to Fort McMurray thou... Maybe my mind will change if the autoparts supplier i work for closes down. ( We build car jacks for almost everybody but Hyundai. I actually get discounts to buy North American Built cars, but i still got the Accent, go figure )

Well I'm High School educated and work out at the plants. Process Operator for 1 year. Was a Heavy Equipment Operator for them for the last 7 years. I make about $130,000 a year without overtime. So yah that's how I get the money for my car.

But to come here you need some sort of money. Housing it averaging $350 - $450 just for a mobile home. A single family dwelling starts aruund $450 and up. Rent is mre expensive thn buying, so leave that option out. But do rent a room or two to pay for house.

I was thinking more like $1500 but yah $1000 would be nice. This will be perfect for me, since I run my business out of my car a lot at car shows and meets. As well as when I'm out to visit customers. Also I can get rid of my cell phone, since I hate it anyways and just use the built-in phone of the deck. Google Maps for way better mapping than any GPS unit for Canada. I can't wait.

whoa whoa whoa... your wife wont allow you to get a turbo but she will let you get a 1000 -1500 buck toy for your business??? how does that work??? if thats the case ask for the turbo again and say its to help with promoting the product further. **** tell her that it will allow you to get to your customers faster!!!

LOL I wish, but I can write off the stereo and cell phone charges as a business expense. I can't do that with the turbo.
