 6.5 In Front Speakers In Hyundai Accent, is it possible?

I have a 2002 hyundai accent gl and I was wondering if it was possible to fit 6.5 inch speakers in the front. I dont mind doing a bit of modifying if I have to. The speakers I want have a mount depth of 2 5/8 inches. If I do need to do some modifying, what would I need to do?
