Do companies custom tail lights for the accent 99?? I've been looking but I didn't find any. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

After much consideration and hours and hours of searching the net I have decided to make my own. If anyone knows where I can get plastic or glass clear lenses in the right shape for the X3 3dr 99 excel/accent would be appreciated. If not I'm going to bribe my friendly local glazier to attempt it for me. I'm sick of screwing around, will be easier to clear out the plastic frame, wire up LEDS and fibreglass in supports then spray metallic silver/chrome.
Sounds easier than its going to be I can tell but I'll buy extra stuff from the wrecking yard so I can screw around as much as I like.
Will post pics and links to my car WHEN they're done (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Gonna be awesome if I can pull it off

Be careful if you are planning to buy one of those ones listed: Nobody makes for the X3 (95-99) anymore it seems. I think I've seen a set before, but it must have been years ago and I can't remember where. Clear corners for the front are readily available.

Sounds awesome beanz! I'd love to hear more about this process!

Yeah thanks, I have completely given up on finding them for an X3. I am a student and spend half my time on the net just trying to find things for my car and I still can't find anything. I thought those others were it til I thought bout it after and went and checked. If I can't find any with all the time I spend looking then they must not exist! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I am a member of a bunch of forums trying to further the places to explore but still no luck.
Won't be for a little while before I can afford fibreglassing and accessories for my other projects and will get stuck into the lights then. But I will certainly keep everybody posted, the biggest part will be finding pieces at the wreckers to build up from. Will be trial and error, have no idea if it'll work or if its possible but right now I can't see why not.....maybe I'll go into producing them for all the poor people out there like me who can't find nice stuff for a hyundai (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) haha
