So little by little im tryin to get my car back on the road. It runs and everything and sounds like its gunna die.

1. When i drive and i open up the hood there is anti freeze everywhere. Ive been told its probably cracked. But ive also been told that its not that big of a deal. But i think thats one of the major problems i have.

2. When i turn off my car the cooling fan still runs. It used to just stop going on its own , the only why i can make it stop going is if it take out the relay. Could it be the relay thats faulty? Or what?

Yet again these are probably simple things to fix , but i dont know much about cars. Id love to learn so help me out.

Where is coolant coming from? piping? radiator cap? over flow bottle? water pump?

Also if you say the coolant is spewing everywhere, then they could have gotten into some electric connections for the fan? So maybe take them apart and give them a clean.
