Hi i am new to the forum got my self a lovley Santa fe 2001 2.7 V6 24v DOHC Auto i love it to bits
i have a question all of the controls in the car are strait forward but can anyone please tell me why my Air con comes on every time i start the car? or point the blowers to the Windscreen? or is that a function its suppsod to do? many thanks

Hi again rossy, If it is the dial type like mine below then the AC comes on as soon as the windscreen position is selected. It drives me nuts as i never use the AC. (IMG: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v124/Steff_1965/Dash.jpg)

Oh well thanks for that bud one other thing you could help me on is the 4x4 opion switchable? or is it constant 4x4 motion many thanks

Novaresource is quite correct. All cars have been this way for 30 years now.
