I recently purchased a 2007 Azera and immediately registered with this forum. I found the link to hmaservice and went there and registered. After completeing the online registration process, a message appeared on screen stating "your password has been sent". I did not receive the password. I thought I might have made an error while filling out the online form so I tried to reregister but I got a message saying I was already registered. I contacted hmaservice by phone and email and they say I must be blocking their email. If I am blocking their email, I don't know how. Has anyone else had this problem? How was it resolved?

this problem has come up time and time again (use the search engine) the answer is that you have almost certainly got your browser security level set too high which is blocking thier e-mail

Thank you.

I will try resetting my security levels although they do not seem to block anyone else. I tried several searches but apparently I do not know the correct keywords for this problem.
