Hey guys I think I want to get a 2003 or newer Tiburon V6. I would love to get one that looks like This . It belongs to someone on these forums but i forgot their name. It says it is a 2003 tiburon with no body modifications so why dont any other tibbys look like this?

Anyway what kind of milage should i expect for a tibby that is under $10,000. I heard that the 2003's seem to start having issue at about 60k miles. I'm trying to get one that is under 50k miles and under $10k. Am I being realistic?

That pic is of a 2003-04 Tiburon but judging by the light on the frnder, it's a European version, not a US version. The front end and tail lights changed slightly for 2005-06 and then a larger front end and rear end revision for 2007-up.

I think your price is a little low for a 2003-up V6 Tiburon with under 50K miles. I think you could get a 4-cyl Tib with under 50K miles for that price.

The Canadian Tuscani has the amber side marker lights but that particualr car doesn't appear to have T badges on the wheels or hood . I thought the Euro Tib has clear lenses on the side marker lights .

I found the guys profile that owns that car. It is Here. If it is a european version does that mean I'd have to import one in? I could die happy if i had that car

Is it the colour ? Otherwise there isn't any difference except the red reflectors on the rear bumper cover similar to the Santa Fe .

Why would you want to import one? Other than the rear red lights and the side markers they look identical.

The one i posted looks different from the others because the front of the car doesnt seem to slope downwards as much as the other ones i see. It almost looks as if the front is a bit longer too. I guess it could be the color or the angle the photos were taken at but when i compare it to some other cars i've seen on craigs list the body looks different.

Trust me, they are identical. There is no difference if the front overhang or slope.

Hey Dragons you're not being unrelistic about the price. I bought my 2003 with 42,000 miles for $10,200 in March 2007. I've got my timing belt coming up at 60k. Other than the stupid clutch/flywheel problem, you could say it was a steal.
