So my Gf's 02 needs a new Flex pipe which wasn't a huge surprise with the reputation in here they have for breaking. I was just going to put a new flex pipe on instead of changing the whole pipe. I just need to know the correct size so I can slide it over the pipes after I cut the old piece out.

firstly you need to give members a bit of time to respond to any questions, members can not reply to post within hours (although sometimes they can)

l presume you are talking about the flexi on the exhaust pipe......what's the problem? the flexi comes as part of the pipe, just replace the pipe

Just replace the pipe, lol. The pipe is 90 dollars shipped any where I can get it and a 6 or 8 inch universal flex pipe in 1.75, 2, 2.5, 3 inches costs 20...you do the math. all I need to know is which length and diameter I need to do it. I don't mean to be offensive if it seems that way. This isn't my first forum post on this or any forum, I am aware it takes time sometimes.

The best way to make sure is to take it off and measure, then by that time you may as well take it with you.
