I have a 91 Excel 1.5 multi port that is running very rich at idle. Have replaced injectors, air flow sensor, temp sesor and throttle position sensor. It has 133000km on the engine. What am i missing?

Hi!.......you could probably improve this by fitting a less restrictive intake instead of the stock airbox.
Either a universal cone filter or a proper CAI should increase power a little & save fuel.
I would also dismantle & clean the idle control actuator & it`s connector.

Cheers,
Nick. :)

your HD-dealer can easily check the O2-sensor operation. A faulty O2-sensor will cause a rich mixture. If that is the case, a fault code will be logged in the ECM.

most of the mitsu based units have a problem with 3 caps on the circut board that go bad
one of the caps deals with the injectors
