Drives: 2003 Hyundai Tiburon 2.7 GSR
I can't find anymore bolts in it and even got the one hidden under the starter but the tranny still will not come out 4hrs looking and nothing any ideas? 2003 gsr 6 speed.
It spreads appart about 1/8 on a inch but thats all I get.

Dear fileguy,

sorry I missed your call for help. Just so we don't assume, did you pull the halfshafts? did you remove the engine and transmission out of the car to dissassemble, or are you trying to seperate the transmission while still in the engine compartment?

If you have removed the halfshafts, all of the bolts, and removed the engine transmission assembly out on the garage floor, did you remove the starter? did you try tapping with a rubber mallet around the edges of the bell housinig?
