I've seen this coming for years. Matter of fact, I predicted that Hyundai would be the next Toyota. First making a name for itself in the low to mid-priced car segment, and then spin-off a premium car brand like Toyota did with Lexus. Hyundai has pretty much made the right moves, and I think will make it to the ranks of a Honda, Toyota, or Nissan soon. The Genesis is a good move, and I think it should do well.

Toyota and Honda are getting pains in their necks from looking over their shoulders at Hyundai. Soon, they won't need to look back.

My dealer here in Jax has asked Hyundai if they can get one of the first shipments in June,just so they can display it in the showroom!
