:00000732:

So, after i rebuild my head (valves were ok, so I didn't get them changed) I tryed to start my car; well, it didn't start ( it tried but it goes out allmost immediatelly).
I did compression check and from left to right no.2-4 cylinders were ok, but no. 1 got only 5bar (73psi). Then I thought that maybe valve is stuck and both, intake and exhaust valves were open on cylinder no.1 at TDC. Well, i'm pretty sure thats the reason :)

Could it be stuck? Or maybe i've adjusted the valve clearance wrong? The manual isn't so beginner friendly. So, I turned crankshaft until no.1 cylinder was at "top dead center" then adjusted all the valves that had clearance. Then turned crankshaft one turn and adjustet the rest, is this correct?

Can anyone confirm what valves should have clearance at TDC?

Hello,

I wonder, how can I change the ignition timing on this car? Because normally you just rotate the ignition controll module, but on this car, I can't rotate because of it's mounting.
