I'd get the dents on the driver's side fixed!

... I should do that anyway, before the paintless areas start to rust.

I'd add ABs brakes with EBD and emergency brake assist, stability control program and remote cruise control. I'd also change the suspension as I'm sick of jumping up and down on big bumps.

Also I'd have my custom designed electronic unit with alarm, immobilizer, push button start, swipe card unlock/lock, and an array of automated features that I've mentioned in previous posts. I take my electronics seriously and a recent visit at a hyundai dealer in regards to a new 2005 tiburon, and I was disgusted that Hyundai still want $40,000 for un under equipped car..

Hi johnc,

Interesting comments on $10,000.

Not sure about all the brake assist gear. I'm not sure the dynamic abilities of an Accent would really warrant such extravagance, but hey it's your money.

Pedders will fix the suspension for you for about $1800.00.

Push button start is just another switch. Rolling code radio key with your alarm system, preferably tracking, will cover your security issues.

Cruise controls are readily available and easy to install.

I mean no disrespect but with 10k spent the Accent would be quite good. Kit the accent and shows us the pics. Or spend the money plus the Accent on another vehicle.

Cheers,

Andrew. B)

Hmmmm.....paying my car off or modding it?(IMG:http://www.planetsmilies.com/smilies/confused/confused0069.gif)

I would use the money to pay off my car. 10k would leave me w/only 1k left to pay, after that I could mod the heck out of it

OK... This is odd.... I'd sell my elantra... find an 88 honda accord, and put a new engine in it, new suspension, and add a nice sound system. Don't know why but I love the look of that car.

I'd probably do the smart (but not fun) thing and pay down some of what we owe on the cars.

Or I'd take the Tib to a fine body shop and have it completely debadged and resprayed 04+ Honda S2000 "Rio Yellow". Yummy!
