take off the katalysator and change the exhaust. I have a "free" exhaust from Fiat 125p.

hi, if you only revised the motor only with same stock parts and you want to tune up the engine youll have to take it apart again.

For example, other camshaft, flowing, porting, bigger bore/valves etc

Unfortunately, affordable performance improvements to normally-aspirated engines are limited & at most are only likely to give you a total of a 10% power-hike.
The first step is a cone filter to replace the stock airbox, followed by a free-flowing cat-back exhaust system & finally (if you can afford it) a set of custom-made headers to replace the cast iron exhaust manifold.

Engine work, such as head-machining, more aggressive cams etc. is beneficial, but will cost more than the car is worth!.

Nick.
