Hello All!
I've owned a 2000 Hyundai Coupe 2.0 SE Auto for a few months now, but hardly driven it as I've replaced near everything (including the transmission).
I am keen to keep my car within the confines of my insurance company's guidelines, but want to know if there's any little things I can do to get a better all-round drive from her? I've been told to remove the air filter to avoid obstruction to airflow (even tho I doubt this makes a big difference), some people have mentioned playing with the air intake sensor (making it think the air is colder, ergo drawing more in) and various other things.
My insurance company will NOT allow anything that effects performace noticably to them. E.G. No fancy air intake kits, no turbo chargers (****!), no bigger alloys. Is getting a piggy-back ECU a good idea?? If so, which one is actually good?? (I have found a lot of low price crap.)
I was just hoping for a Hyundai Coupe (Tiburon) owners guide to little improvements from stock.
Cheers
