In my 2007 sonata, the left turn signal flashes fast on the dashboard when I turn the signal and the bulb does not work (the one in the rear). Do I just need to replace the bulb? or is it a bigger issue that I need to take the car to the dealer?

Actually, when your signals start blinking fast --- you KNOW (at least) one of the bulbs is kaput. Not being an electrical engineer, the less load on the circuit causes the relay to send the signal faster.

Or something like it.
