Can this be done by someone with absolutely zero experience? I know they're just installed with "clips." Is it going to be obvious what and where to do it?

The fender liner is that black plastic cover that goes up and over the front wheels and blocks dirt and debris from flying up under the hood. They are separate pieces for left and right.
