 Galloper Exceed Cd Player

Hello!

My father have a 2000 Galloper Exceed, with the original radio with cd player.

First, when trying to play a CD, it gives "Er6" on the display... I've read that it could be because some rubber-thing were avoiding the CD to turn...

We take out the unit, look for this little thing, but nothing; and to make it worst, now the unit don't pull-in the cd. It seems like the cd unit is dead (FM receiver works well)

Any suggestion?
