Ever since I bought our Entourage the Low Beam headlights shine too high. The low beams are bright but get cut off abruptly at a fixed height. The height line were the cutoff occurs happens to be high enough that it is blinding oncoming drivers and drivers that I'm following. I constantly get flashed by oncoming drivers or they just turn on their high beams for revenge. I asked the dealer to lower the low beam lights slightly to avoid the blinding problem, but I'm told that "This is the correct height and it can not be adjusted". Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to lower the low beams? I've looked myself and can not find a way to adjust them myself.

I think the adjustment procedure is outlined in the owners manual IIRC.

When I had mine removed to replace the foglights I noticed there is an adjustment screw recessed in the trim piece that goes across the radiator. I think it had a U & D molded in the plastic to indicate which way turns them up or down.
