I finally got my clutch replaced on friday, and it is running fine. The clutch grips really hard and it was difficult to get into reverse but I was told that will be normal for a few hundred files (I hope that is true). The car drives fine but there was one thing that has been bugging me. On hyundai service site it said that the recommended gear oil is 75W/90 GL-4 or higher, I went to the local auto parts store and asked his advice and he looked at a few books and recommend valvoline pure synthetic 75W/90 GL-5, here is the exact product. link is this oil ok?

Also how much gear oil does the 02 take? I put just under 3 quarts in and it seems to be fine, but I really want to make sure I don't mess anything up here.

UPDATE: I checked the book and it said 2.2 quarts I double checked my bottles, I am slightly over, but I think I am ok, I put roughly 2.65 quarts in.

Thanks

This trans likes GL-4, not GL-5. I have had come-backs due to harsh shifting because of this issue. When filling trans at the fill hole, on the side of trans, just fill it until it starts dripping out, then let it drip out until it stops, and it will be full.
