I have been having a on going issue with my Turn signal. when I apply the turn signal, it causes the dash lights to go out and come back on, I can hear a click of something like a relay. If I fidget with the turn signal handle it corrects. Also the turn signal is the headlight switch and if I leave the headlights on and shut the car down and remove the key, the headlights use to automatically go off, now they stay on and drain the battery. I have checked all the fuses and relay's with visible windows to the fuse links. If anyone has had a similar issue and have a fix, I would appreciate it.

I also have this problem on a 2001 Elantra please post on how to fix this. It also causes the running lights to go out also, front and rear.
