OMG -- I just paid big bucks to have an FM-transmitter installed -- it sounds terrible. Did those of you who bought the van's with the dvd player have an fm-transmitter? Lee

Just disconnect it - everyone always listens to the DVD through the wireless headphones anyway = assuming the dealer aftermarket DVD came with them.

Yes the system is somewhat weak however the kids are OK with it and that is what I got it for. I think part of the reason may also be the distance/angle to the antenna on the rear side window.

It sounds like crap on any station location picked. I think it has to do with the antenna type/location... The factory DVD doesn't use the FM transmitter.

Lee [right][snapback]141832[/snapback][/right] We have the factory through the stereo and it sounds great. Though the subwoofer has some vibration issues with loud bass.
