hi to all!!!

another questions to the pro's out there, . what type of coolant should i used for my 'jet? what type and how much percentage of what? and, is it adviseable to do it by myself or just let a qualified mechanic do it for me?

can anyone tell me how to drain the old coolant? There are some coolant here that they sell that are ready to use or should i used the ones that are the "pure" coolant themselves and just do the mixture yourself.
