2004 Hyundai Tiburon

It looks like a 4 to me, but I am told it is a V6. I have only the photos to go by, so it's hard to tell. Any input would be appreciated.

I did more research and from what I can tell, the DOHC 16v is only used in the 4 cylinder and all the V6 models are DOHC 24v.

Can anyone confirm this?

16V = 16 valves. If there are 4 valves per cylinder then 16/4 = 4. Therefor it's a 4 cylinder.

Yes, that is the DOHC CVVT 4-cylinder Beta II engine.

that is a 4 cyl. the v6 uses 24 valves and takes up alot more room.
