When I log into hmaservice and click on the 08 sf cm, and then click etm to look at a few different things I can pull up the list on the left but after clicking on something specific the right side with the actual information i want will not load. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Or is there something I am not doing right?

Do you have the Adobe SVG Viewer Plug-in installed? It's required for the site to work. It is a terrible and very slow-loading site even when it works. I ended up buying the shop manual CD-ROM on eBay for under $20 and it's MUCH better and easier to use.

I just checked the site and it's working for me, faster than before actually.

Wow, dont I feel dumb now that it lists system requirements right on the main page, not sure how I missed that. I am running Vista and apparently SVG only comes with XP or later. Thanks!
