Drives: Accent GSI 1999 1.5L SOHC
Recently trying to replace fuel filter I rupture the fuel supply line. I wanted to patch the broken line. But could not find the fitting that goes into the fuel filter ( metric thread fitting). Finially decided to the whole fuel line from dealer.

Now my queston is has anyone done this on a 1999 accent or similar model?
Do I have to drop the fuel tank in order to disconnect the existing line?
If so what is involved in dropping the tank?

Any help is appreciated
