i just got done installing my stereo, and first, i'm surprised at how well the stock speakers sound!! i can turn the stereo up alm most all the way, Loudness on, and there is hardly any distortion at all! so anyway, when i started, i was thinking about how to get the facia off from the dash. tried the screw driver and tape trick, for like half a second, before i thought, what else can i wedge in there? i got two single edge razor blades, stacked them together and CAREFULL slid them in the bottom right corner, then slide the screwdriver IN BETWEEN the blades, and started prying.. worked like a charm, no harm done on my dash! the blades were sturdy enuff to distribute the force of the screwdriver blade, and thin enuff to flex a bit..

Rondy,
Yes, you can install two audio systems powering the same speakers, but NOT at the same time. You will have rig a speaker switcher box (very similar to what you find in a audio store). Just switch between audio A and audio B.

HD radio stations get displayed with their call sign (i.e. 102.7FM is WEBN) its awesome! the sale price expired last nite, so i had to pay full price of $150 today :( oh well

with OEM, it should be just plug and play.. with this aftermarket one, there is a fuse on the backside of the head unit, nothing inline with wires though.. i had to special order the wiring harness though.. but soldering the wires together was no big deal, just have to remember, if you going to use shrink tubing on them instead of electrical tape, put the tubing on BEFORE you solder the wires together... did that one only once this time!
but you shouldnt have to do any soldering, you sould just be able to plug your wires into the back of the unit, stuff it in the dash and go.. also a good idea to take off the neg wire from the battery till you are completly dont installing it, then hooking power back up..
