Took the Elantra in for a scheduled service last Saturday. I was talking to the service writer and asked when Hyundai was going to get a truck. He said they make them but don't import them. Is this true or wishfull thinking. For the first time in 20 years I'm without a pickup. Don't really want to buy a domestic but find myself really missing having a truck.

the only pick up truck that hyundai has ever made was the pony which was just a pick up version of the hyundai saloon car. the only pick up thats in production now is a drop small drop side 35cwt truck. not a pick up as you would know it in the states. in prodution now are a large range of cars, serveral 4x4 vehicles and a large range of commercial vehicles and buses but depending where you live in the world only some of the vehicles are available
