OK, here goes: when the TC light is flicking, the controller is telling you >>if you feel anyting, it's me duing some traction controll<< The TC light will always flash as long as the TC is operating. Take the car on a road, were one front wheel is on loose gravel and the other is on solid surface. Then pull away with meaning; the wheel on gravel wants to spinn, but the TC will apply that wheels brake to slow the spinn & the TC light will flicker for the duration.
2000+ model Hyundai's with ABS do not have a "rear brake propotion valve". The ABS will be resonsible for this operation. When the ABS & Parking brake warning light is lit, the the system is telling you, the there is something wrong with the EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution) section of the brake system. When the ABS is limiting the brakeforce to the back, and it does not see the expected reaction (via the weel speed sensor), it will turn on the warning light. Have the rear brakes checked and seviced, it could be as simple as that.
