Just got a card from the Hyundai dealer telling me I'm ready for my 30K service. They say I can update my service history there. I guess so they can keep track of me. BIG Brother.

Sorry. No I don't use it and am not sure if I want to. Just another place to keep updating records. Hades, I have a hard enough time keeping track of things in the manual.

Yes I have heard about them. After dealing with the My Hyundai dot com Site I

have given up on these sites. I'd like to tap into the Dealer site though.

And another thing. :w00t: Hyundai got rid of their Smart Drive Magazine about

a year ago and eliminated all the National Service Discount promotions.

They were always sending Winterize & Summerize coupons from the HQ in

Fountain Valley CA. The last copy had a $40 off any service. That was the last

time Hyundai USA offered any Service promotions.

Miami,
This place states in the card to log in and receive "discount" coupons. I'm thinking about it but need some input from other users. I'm not sure I trust my Hyundai dealer to perform services to my satisfaction. At least at my dealership I can walk around the underside of my car, talk to the mechs and I hope get straight answers.

I'm just curious about this site. Thanks for all the input I hope to receive.

Super Tuesday, why aren't you watching the results?

Yes this would mean you would have to go to the Dealer. I sense hatred to

Dealerships and those who work for them. Craig you do what again?. :whistling:

Just to clarify......I DON'T TRUST MY HYUNDAI DEALER. :bwekk: You could eat off the floor of our service dept. (not that I would) but not theirs. Black walls, small space, looks like I'm entering the "black hole". No thanks. I prefer the Montana sunshine, wide open spaces and people I know and trust. Well not my service manager though.

My dealership keeps records there and you can get them whenever you want. I keep my receipts and I also use Hyundai's site.

I've been using iDrive since I got the car. Anytime you get service done at the dealer it's automatically uploaded to that site for you. At least for me it is. I've only had to put one in manually which was the last time I changed my oil.
